POWER: 4000 is not too high- but after all Wave Strikers were designed to be lousy in power and cost--- only good in combos!!! Ah well, it can kill Scarlet and suicide-kill Aeropica, but why would it kill its brother??? Let’s see the effect…

EFFECT: Whoa!!! A cool draw machine!!! Hyper-Wave-Striking-Foiled-Non-Promo-Aqua-Hulcus!!!!!!!! R U SURE??? It even pwns Cosmic Nebula- after all (sorry for extensive repetition, as they say “Gatling Gatling Gatling Skyterror Skyterror Skyterror is is is …Part … Part…” Well, this looks like a high-cost-low-power draw total machine. Just look out that Kilstine pwns it…

RACE/CIVLIIZATION: Water is FAMOUS and RENOWNED for draw power… just look at the glory of “Aqua Hulcus Draw Machine Patented Company”, it's the creator of Hypermind in the Survivors' realm as well! However support for Sea Hackers and Wave Strikers… they don’t come in this set so say bye to sealed decks. (Actually Sea Hackers never have support. Only Liquid People, Leviathans, Cyber stuff do)

The Good: Wave Strikers is a new thing!!! Cool effect!
The Bad: Summoning Sickness, High-cost, Low-power…
The Shiny: Foil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It bends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Limited: 5/10
Wave Strikers always suck limited, but you can do in a pure-DM-11 deck…
