Again, focus on a Dragon and/or Phoenix. Don't dump everything into your deck, which leads to very few bait. I suggest you add in more destructive spells, and take away water civ.

I am sorry that I forgot to mention that I agree with all nick said except that you should take out the Water Civilization. The Water Civilization stays there.

oh. anyway water has some nice draw and bounce. how do you know whether he wants water?
